Next, they select a random card by cutting off about a third of the deck and peeking at the bottom card. But wait, there’s more—after thoroughly shuffling their portion to lose their card (because who doesn’t love a good shuffle?), they reassemble the deck for a truly satisfying conclusion. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOnce the deck is back in one piece, our magician turns around, confidently proclaiming, \"I don't know what your card is or where it is in the deck, but I do know it's somewhere in the bottom third—though I don't know exactly where, since you shuffled your portion.
