Update on the 'Azlan' Card At Any Number
This is NOT the same update for 'Azlan' which was taught in God Mode Sui Generis 2.
Picture this: a prediction envelope with a lone playing card is chilling on the table. Your spectator takes a deck, shuffles it like a pro, and cuts it twice, ensuring it’s a complete mess. While they’re mixing the cards, they’re also tasked with thinking of a number between one and fifty-two. No pressure, right?
Now, here’s where it gets interesting. You demonstrate the difference between intuition and pure guesswork. The spectator attempts to guess a random card’s position and then a random card itself, and guess what? They strike out both times. This proves that guessing is about as reliable as a chocolate teapot. Then, you remind them of the number they thought of using their “intuitive powers” and reveal the prediction from the envelope that’s been on display the whole time. They deal to their thought-of number, and surprise! The card matches the prediction flawlessly. It’s a perfect case for trusting intuition over wild guesses.
No need to remove Jokers or count cards here. The spectator shuffles, and you’re ready to rock. You don’t touch the deck or need to know the order of the cards post-shuffle. It’s practically self-working from their perspective.
This can be performed one-on-one or in a group setting, where one out of three people uses their intuition while the others throw in their guesses. It’s baffled some savvy magicians, even those who were already in the know about the original 'Azlan' handling.
