A Local Legend, A Worldwide Sensation

From the vibrant streets of Mandaluyong, Philippines, Quiccs kicked off his creative escapades with oil paintings and poster competitions, before morphing into a multidisciplinary powerhouse. His artistic repertoire stretches across graphic design, graffiti, murals, and collectible toys. Whether he’s illustrating kids' books or co-founding a design studio, he’s turned his passions for Japanese mecha, hip-hop, and street art into a globally recognised style. His murals have graced walls from Manila to New York, with stints in Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Mongolia, Mexico, and Hawaii. Through TEQ63 and his Bulletpunk Universe, Quiccs has proudly put the Philippines on the designer toy map, earning his title as both a local legend and a titan of the art toy realm.

The Catalyst of a Movement, The Birth of a Legacy

From humble artist to global icon, Quiccs has teamed up with some of the biggest names around, think adidas, Jollibee, Johnnie Walker, Hasbro, Sanrio, Secretlab, Topps, and Foot Locker. These partnerships have catapulted his Bulletpunk vision into realms once thought impossible for a Filipino toy designer, fusing street art with mainstream culture and shining a spotlight on the local scene.

But Quiccs didn’t just join the movement; he was one of the sparks! His work has been highlighted by top media outlets like Esquire, Spot.ph, Rappler, GMA News, ABS-CBN, and IGN Southeast Asia, bringing what was once an underground art form into the limelight.

This cultural shift has inspired a fresh wave of Filipino toy designers, many of whom credit Quiccs as their inspiration to pick up a pen, brush, or sculpting tool. What started as a personal journey has blossomed into a legacy that continues to empower creators in the Philippines and beyond.

Crafted for the Collectors, The Ghost Has Landed

The Ghost White Edition arrives snugly in a tuck box with an air-cushion texture that feels posh in your hands. It boasts a crisp white base with striking black details, punctuated by sharp pops of red for that clinical edge. The overall vibe? Cold and commanding, expanding the visual lexicon of the Bulletpunk Universe.

Subtle yet intentional, the design includes nods for the collectors out there, like the "63" tribute to the Philippines and the trio of dots that die-hard fans will recognise from Quiccs' custom toy creations. Flip the tuck over, and you’ll find the full card back design of the Ghost White edition, featuring a symmetrical layout. In the centre, you’ll spot the faces of TEQ63, Mariko, and Ghost of Kurosawa, flanked by their signature weaponry and loyal sidekicks, Robodog and Mecha Cat. Every inch is brimming with mechanical detail, straight from the world of Bulletpunk.

This isn’t just any deck; it’s a haunting addition to your collection.

Icons Reimagined, Courts Reinvented

With over 50,000 art toys sold globally, Quiccs' characters have become icons in the designer toy scene. This deck pays homage to the Bulletpunk Universe by reinterpreting its most recognisable figures in traditional playing card form. The outcome? A mash-up of classic structure and bold new style, where traditional court cards collide with mecha-street energy.

This Ghost White Edition flips the script with a striking black face that turns the usual playing card colour scheme on its head. The Jack, Queen, and King cards showcase ghostly versions of TEQ63, Mariko, and Ghost of Kurosawa, each decked out in a blend of Ghost White with accents inspired by OG Blue, OG Red, and Manila Killa. These inverted versions deliver a high-contrast, frosty take on the originals, injecting fresh visual flair into every suit.

Built From the Ground Up, Inside and Out

The numbered cards sport fully custom artwork, with each suit reimagined in a mechanical style that slots perfectly into the Bulletpunk Universe. These designs were crafted from the ground up, embodying Quiccs' signature aesthetic.

One special treat lies in the six and three of each suit. When side by side, they create a connected artwork featuring TEQ63, Mariko, Ghost of Kurosawa, along with a rare cameo by Zeta. This layout pays tribute to "63," a number that has become Quiccs' hallmark and a proud nod to the Philippines.

The jokers feature Ravager, a twisted clone of TEQ63 and one of the darker figures in the Bulletpunk line-up. Meanwhile, the two extra cards form a complete piece of original artwork. It’s a connected graffiti-style graphic designed by Quiccs himself, serving a slice of his street roots right in the deck in his own hand-drawn flair.
