Cardio is like a mixtape for card enthusiasts—it's packed with tricks that are as efficient as they are impactful, all using just a standard deck of cards. No gaffs, gimmicks, or smoke and mirrors—just grab any deck and you’re off to the races.

Each of the seven tricks included is a real crowd-pleaser. You’ll find yourself itching to hit the streets and baffle your friends with these routines. In Liam Montier's signature style, they feature straightforward methods that most card handlers can easily grasp and are an absolute blast to perform.

Here’s Liam breaking down the tricks you’ll be adding to your arsenal:

Back Hand Slap - This isn’t just your average 'Slap' revelation; it’s an upgrade! You sneak a spectator's card into their hand and then magically transform all their other cards into a royal flush! The goal here was to breathe new life into a classic and give it the turbo boost it deserves. One simple move sets everything up before your spectator even realizes the show has begun!

Twisted - Kicking off with a 'Twisting The Aces' handling that I’m quite proud of—no awkward moves or discrepancies here, all four Aces flip over seamlessly. Then, in a delightful twist, the Aces reveal two chosen cards in a way that’ll leave them scratching their heads! It’s a bit more technical than some of the other routines, but the moves are well justified, making it a great confidence builder for mastering essential techniques.

Reality Burp - In terms of sheer visual impact, this is a tough one to beat. You’ve got a packet of cards that all change into a selection, then into a second selection, and just when you think it’s over… BAM! They turn into KINGS! Plus, there’s a lovely moment when they think the two cards under the card box are their selections, only to get hit with another surprise transposition. It’s like card karate!

The Hof - After experimenting with various handlings of the classic 'Hofzinser Ace Trick', I’ve landed on this gem. Framed as a packet trick, it pulls together simple concepts from Jack Parker and Roy Walton to deliver a stunning revelation and transposition. It’s a perfect follow-up to producing four Aces, so it can easily slot into your set or act.

The Other Thing - This one's had a lot of love put into it over the years, and I absolutely adore it! You take a borrowed shuffled deck and reveal the four Kings spread throughout. Those same Kings then pop up EVERYWHERE! One from your pocket, one from the table, one under the card box, and one INSIDE the card case! All with NO PREP AND SIMPLE MOVES! Trust me, once you learn it, you’ll want to perform it.

Swing of Things - An easygoing routine that employs a necklace as a pendulum. You can take it in any direction—whether you want to go serious, a bit cosmic, or even sprinkle in some terrible jokes (yes, I’ve got one for you!). Don’t underestimate this one just because it’s low on technique; the impact and clarity of the final reveal hit hard.

Pop Hoff - An unusual twist on Hofzinser’s Ace with a striking visual production, leading into a sort of reverse Blind Lemon Aces. The Aces in your hand magically fuse together to reveal the selection! It’s clean, quick, and efficient. You’ll have a blast with this one!
