THE REALLY, REALLY SMART PHONE.
THE TRICK EVERYONE WAS TALKING ABOUT AT THE BLACKPOOL MAGIC CONVENTION.
So, picture this: back in July 2017, I had a chinwag with Chris Kenworthey about bringing the EYEPHONE into the magical limelight. Fast forward to Feb 2018, after nearly eight months of tinkering with various phones, designs, and engineering wizardry, we proudly present the final EYEPHONE.
In my 30 years of magic, I can confidently say this is one of the best peek devices I've ever seen. It TICKS ALL THE BOXES.
Here’s how it rolls: you whip out your phone and ask the spectator if they’ve got a mobile too (I mean, who doesn’t these days?). Then, you produce a business card from the credit card holder on your phone. Next, you casually inquire if they have a list of contacts on their phone. They jot down ANY contact on your business card—could be a person, a place, ANYTHING.
That card is then placed face down and slipped back into your credit cards, completely out of sight. WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS OF ANY KIND, you reveal the exact person or place they were thinking of.
Now, I’d love to spill the beans on the method, but that would spoil the surprise. Let’s just say, the method is a brilliant fit for this prop. Seriously, it’s astonishing how good this looks.
