CRACK is a large-scale illusion designed for close-up magic, and yes, you’ll be zig-zagging a banknote right before your spectators’ eyes (and no, they won’t be able to look away!).
Take a banknote—let’s say a €10 note for the sake of argument—fold it in half lengthwise. Then, you’ll show off two small plates and slide the note between them. Thanks to the holes, the note is clearly visible! Now, let’s ZIG-ZAG that bill like a pro right in front of your audience!
How on earth is this possible? The banknote stays in plain sight, and your spectators are glued to it!
But wait, there’s no doubt! The bill is undeniably cut in two—there’s simply no other explanation! Align the two halves back together and pull it out from between the plates. Voilà! The note is 100% INTACT! Flip it over, show the front and back, and it’s still in one piece like magic should be!
