You start by handing a small box to a random audience member. They won’t need to move an inch, and you’ve never met them before. You casually mention that this box will become important later on. Fast forward to the end of your show, and you call on your chosen spectator to join you on stage. You ask them what time it is; they say it’s about 8:45pm. And how long have you been waffling on stage? About 45 minutes.
Then, you instruct your spectator to place their hand over their watch, claiming you’ll attempt to rewind time back to when you first took the stage. With some dramatic gestures (and perhaps a deep breath), you have them check their watch again.
8pm. Incredible.
But wait, there's more! You’ve been on stage for 45 minutes, and quite a bit has happened. You open the box to reveal a slip of paper. The spectator reads a prediction aloud, detailing outcomes from various effects throughout your show!
