Prepare to have your mind blown with this absolute gem of a trick! A spectator counts out 10 cards, which are then split into two neat piles of 5 each. One of those piles is handed off to a second spectator to keep safe (whether that’s sitting on it, popping it in their pocket, or whatever floats their boat). Meanwhile, our first spectator just has to THINK of one of their cards and hold onto the rest like they’re guarding a secret.
Then, with a cheeky little snap of the fingers (and not a single dodgy move in sight), the first spectator counts their cards again and—wait for it—there are now only 4! That’s right, their mentally chosen card has vanished into thin air! But don’t panic, it’s not lost forever. The second spectator now discovers that their pile has magically transformed into 6 cards, and guess what? The chosen card is right there!
