It’s been a good dozen years since Michael Close graced us with any DVD material. His last effort, The Ultimate Workers, was celebrated not just for its top-notch tricks but also for its no-nonsense instruction. Those were the routines that truly embodied the term "worker."
Well, fear not! Michael’s back in the game, aiming to entertain and utterly bamboozle everyone in his path—be it your average Joe or your fellow magician. Expect laughter, jaw-dropping amazement, and when you unravel the secrets, you’ll definitely think, “Blimey, that’s devious!”
For the past decade, Michael’s been getting his magician mojo on in Las Vegas, a place where a deck of cards is as common as a cup of tea. This two-disc DVD set hones in on card magic, featuring routines perfect for formal gigs, casual strolls, and those special moments when you want to leave your magic mates scratching their heads. As always, Michael’s explanations delve deep, not just covering the "how" but also the "why" of each effect. And trust me, there’s a treasure trove of extra info to soak up too.
So kick back, relax, and prepare for a rollicking good time. Getting fooled has never been this entertaining!
