So, you've got a deck of cards, a cheeky clothespin, a rope, and a fancy tassel to top it all off. Sounds like a party, right?
Here's how it goes: a spectator picks a card and puts their John Hancock on it. You pop it back in the deck, seal it up in its box (no peeking, mate).
Now, attach the clip to the side of the box and give the string a wee tug. (Just a little, we’re not launching a rocket here.) You can then toss the box down while holding the end of the string, and, voilà! The signed card magically appears from the box, dangling from the clothespin, while the deck remains snug in its box. How’s that for a party trick?
