One unsuspecting spectator picks a card from an "imaginary deck." The mentalist casually mentions an odd occurrence earlier that day—sipping coffee at a bar, he opened a sugar packet, and lo and behold, the sugar and coffee formed the image of a playing card (not your average Tuesday).
He then whips out an empty sugar packet from his pocket and says, “No one saw me, but I wrote down what I witnessed.” This empty packet is folded and plopped into a wine glass held by another spectator.
