What Is I.S.Y.C.?

I.S.Y.C. (I See Your Card) is a professional electronic divination system that lets you identify one or several freely selected cards without ever laying a finger on the deck.

Cards can be thoroughly examined, the deck can be shuffled as if it’s a Saturday night poker game, and you can face away during the selection process. The reveal? Spot on, every single time.

Beyond Traditional Methods

For ages, magicians have been playing the compromise game: marked cards, stacks, forces, or stooges (yawn). Sure, they work, but they’re never squeaky clean.

Audiences can't always shuffle freely. Cards often aren’t truly inspectable. The performer is forever grappling with limitations.

We wanted total freedom. After a bit of tinkering (and a fair bit of head-scratching), we landed on this gem: I.S.Y.C. by T-Tech.

The Engineering Behind the Miracle

As you may have gathered from our trailer, our biggest challenge during development was embedding a micro-chip into a playing card while keeping it as slim as a pancake (and not a thick stack of them).

While we encounter similar tech in everyday items like credit cards, that thickness just doesn’t cut it in card magic. If a playing card feels even a tad off, the audience will sniff it out like a hound. To tackle this, we consulted with hardware whizzes to nail the principles of high-frequency tech and the headaches of custom software engineering.

Eventually, we cracked it: a custom-engineered identification chip that’s about as thick as a human hair. We then whipped up a dedicated receiver to ensure a seamless, interference-free connection with 100% recognition accuracy.

But we didn't stop there. After assembling the internal components, each chipped card is compressed in a high-pressure press to push thinness to the limit.

The result? A card that looks, feels, and snaps like your average playing card. Seriously, you couldn’t tell the difference if you tried.
