Inspired by classic United States Playing Card Company decks from the early 1930s, this collection fuses vintage charm with modern craftsmanship. Each deck comes in a stunningly detailed tuck box, features a beautifully illustrated Ace of Spades, and includes custom Joker and Thief cards that carry on the brand's cheeky storytelling tradition. The whole idea kicked off in Malta, sparked by a vintage cigarette packet from the 1940s showcasing a striking blue and red colour scheme with a royal figure. That little gem was the seed for King's Head.
Then came artist Felipe Calavanti, who brought the vision to life, capturing the timeless aesthetic of early 20th-century decks while giving it that signature Joker and the Thief narrative twist (because who doesn’t love a good story?).
To keep things authentically playable, the decks feature a redrawn set of vintage court cards, staying true to the era that got them all excited.
