Next up, they’ll take a crack at forming three three-digit numbers from a set of 9 cards, all numbered between 1 and 9 (no surprise there).
Now, these aren’t your average cards. Oh no, they’re double-faced, with the numbers and colours swapping sides. You’ve got six different colours to choose from, and for each colour, there are three numbers (so you can really jazz things up).
The spectators get to choose the colour, the order, and where those chosen numbers sit. They can mix and match to their heart's content, but here’s the kicker: when they add up those three three-digit numbers using their fancy smartphones, the total becomes the magical combination to unlock that padlock. Clever, eh?
