Butterflies are nature’s fancy little show-offs, aren’t they? They creep out of their chrysalises all quiet-like, then spread their wings wide the second they’re good to go, ready to flit about in the big blue sky.
With lives as brief as a bus stop chat but as dazzling as a fireworks display, each flap of their wings is a tiny miracle. They might look delicate, but these little critters are tougher than they seem: they break free from confinement, undergo a proper transformation, and then zoom towards the light. This whole “caterpillar to butterfly” saga gives them a chic reputation for freedom, metamorphosis, and rebirth (so very Instagrammable).

The Carmine Deck takes a leaf out of the Scarlet Mormon butterfly’s book. Its wing design boasts a striking crimson red with a sprinkle of black speckles that look suspiciously like sunspots (someone’s been studying the solar system on their lunch break). It’s a fantastic mix of boldness and grace, if you ask me.
