The concept is straightforward: Naughty or Nice.
Santa invites your audience to engage in a little game where they attempt to keep track of the Nice card as it flits between two Naughty cards. After a good bit of banter and playful interaction, you unveil the first two cards—Naughty and Nice—and ask them to guess what the final card is. Spoiler alert: they’ll nearly always plump for "Naughty."
That’s when you hit them with the punchline:
"You don’t want to find yourself on the Naughty List, do you? Go on, make a wish to be on the Nice List..."
