The Story: October 18th, 2007, 2.08pm. Distress calls flood in at Heathrow Airport regarding an incoming ‘Boeing 747’ from Florida. The pilot, three crew members, and twelve passengers are mysteriously ill. By the time the plane touches down, 7 souls are lost. The only one who hops off the aircraft symptom-free? An American chap named Cameron Francis. Naturally, he’s whisked away and quarantined in a top-secret location, blissfully unaware of the mayhem as a deadly virus spreads across the UK.
Interrogation of our suspect yields nada. Francis won’t admit to any links to the lethal strain that scientists are now scrambling to name the Omega Mutation. Is he just a pawn in a deadly game, or a criminal mastermind of extraordinary talent? His story is as dodgy as a second-hand motor. Claiming to be a close-up magician, he clings to a small attaché case filled with cards, coins, and other magical bits and bobs. You can imagine how that raises eyebrows at a time like this!

1 - Alpha

A borrowed bill morphs into an IOU cheque. Then a selected card is revealed to have been predicted on the cheque.
