Present this trick however you fancy, but here’s a fresh and downright brilliant way to do it. It’s not quite what you see in the video trailer—don’t get too comfy, it’s a bit different—but you’re still working with the same deck. Both effects are possible with Phil Plus Outdone!
Now, here’s where it gets juicy: you kick things off by placing two business cards on the table, each flaunting a prediction scribbled on the back. Then, a spectator gets to call out any playing card they fancy—no pressure, mate.
When you reveal the playing cards, they sport different 4-letter lady’s names on their backs. A cheeky audience member is then invited to throw out a thought-of lady’s name (perhaps “Rose”—very original, I know).
So, you flip the predictions over... and they’re a complete mismatch. But wait! When you swap the business cards around, you then turn over the playing cards to reveal they now match the business cards perfectly! It’s like magic played musical chairs!
This twist has even got seasoned magicians scratching their heads (and that’s saying something)!
