Postcards from Paradise (Italy) by Bill Abbott

Let’s talk about Postcards From Paradise

"The perfect card force."
- Michael Ammar

"This fools them badly. I love it."
- Andy Nyman

"One of the greatest tricks ever invented."
- Larry Becker

The Essential Effect:

You whip out 54 stunning vintage postcards from a delightfully aged carrying box. Each postcard showcases idyllic destinations from around the globe. You also present a prediction that can be held in an envelope, a box, or even frozen in a block of ice (because why not?). An audience member takes the postcards, gives them a good mix, and splits them into two piles. They have the freedom to toss away either pile—no dodgy moves from you here. They mix and cut the remaining cards again, discarding one more pile, making choices without any influence from you. Left with just a handful, they get to touch the postcard that calls out to them. You simply place the chosen card in their hands (they can even keep their finger on it—no funny business). The participant flips it over to reveal the destination, and your prediction, which has been visible all along, matches perfectly!

Key Features:

• Packs small and plays big.
• Perfect for close-up and surrounded performances.
• Works like a charm for larger audiences.
• Resets in seconds—no faffing about.
• No special staging or clothing required.
• Suitable for all ages (yes, even your nan).
• All the magic happens in the spectator's hands.
• Completely free choice—no magician’s choice nonsense.
• No sneaky switches of the postcard or prediction.
• A rock-solid force you can bank on.

Postcards From Paradise comes with 54 vintage postcards from far-flung destinations, all housed in a snazzy carrying box.
