Welcome to the premiere episode of my Signature Series—this is SAUCY.
These Signature Series releases are the real deal—material I’ve refined over years of performing. Each effect has earned its place in my working sets, and I’m ready to spill the beans on everything from method to performance tips I’ve gathered along the way. These aren’t just concepts thrown together for a quick sale; they were crafted for my own use, and I reckon it’s high time I shared them with you.
THEY FEEL THE MAGIC
At its core, SAUCY is a card-in-sealed-sachet routine, but the magic really lies in the way it makes your audience FEEL the impossible. This clever structure takes SAUCY beyond your average impossible location effect.
It kicks off with a prediction that turns out to be spot on—Ketchup (or whatever sauce you fancy!). A card is selected, a piece is torn off and handed to the spectator, and then—POOF!—the rest of the card vanishes right from your fingertips. Gone! Just like that.
Next, you invite your audience to feel the Ketchup sachet, and suddenly it’s no longer squishy; it feels solid, as if it’s hiding something. The sachet is completely sealed and can be examined before your spectator tears it open to find the chosen card inside. Spoiler alert: the piece they’ve been holding all along matches perfectly—no close calls here, it’s an exact match.
Your audience will be the ones selling this effect as their reality crumbles and they grapple with the fact that the once-squishy sachet is now rock hard!
If you’re feeling cheeky, you can even restore the torn piece from the playing card afterwards.

"I always find it super cool how you explain things—always jovial, motivating and motivated. Your naturalness really brings something! I love your character! In addition, technically, you explain really well. Things are clear, even if for a beginner some things may not necessarily speak to them. But I don't think this project is aimed at beginners. (if this is the case, maybe we should dwell a little more on the techniques you use) but for someone who has small bases, there is no problem!
I really liked the 'pocket management' section; I think it's super useful. I also like the extra ideas—now I'm just looking for sachets to use! When I do my shopping, I will no longer look at the packaging in the same way; so many possibilities!"

"FAVORITE PARTS...
- Corner switches (all 3 methods are super practical and deceptive!)
- TT advice and tips and using it in a way that doesn't seem unnatural.
- Pocket management (hardly any other tutorial I've seen has gone into this amount of detail, and it's so helpful - especially when repeating it multiple times a night.)
- Extras (audio illusion to create the shaking sound - LOVE IT!) And the stickers tip you gave so you can double check what card is in the sachet is great.
Overall, I love it, and I'll use it. It's a super practical, super strong piece of magic that doesn't need to be saved as a 'once per gig' type of effect. I can't see why
