Effect 1:
Sharpie
The spectator shuffles a deck, and you introduce a Sharpie with four words on it. They pick the words in whatever order they fancy. For every letter in each word, you deal a card to the table. When the last letter in each word is reached, those cards are set aside. Flip them over, and voilà! You’ve just revealed the four Aces (or any four-of-a-kind you fancy).
Effect 2:
Sharpie Royal
Take the first effect up a notch! Same premise as before, but instead of a four-of-a-kind, you end up with a royal straight flush. Because who doesn’t love a bit of royal flair?
Effect 3:
Sharpie CCAARN
Here’s where it gets interesting. A spectator picks a card and loses it in the deck. You deal out four cards to the table—none of which are the chosen card. But wait! When you sum those four cards, they lead you right to the chosen card in the deck. Math was never this magical!
