The Routine
So, you get someone to pick a card from a shuffled deck—signed, of course—then returned and shuffled again by a spectator (because why not make it difficult?). An empty paper bag is inspected, and you casually toss the deck inside. A spectator gives it a good old shake (because we all love a good mix-up). Then, here comes the drama: a knife is produced and stabbed right into (and through!) the bag. With a flourish, you yank the knife out, and voilà—a single card is skewered on the blade... it’s the spectator’s signed selection!
Just when the applause starts to fade, you reach into the bag and pull out a large shot glass brimming with liquid! (Surprise, surprise!)
