A card is plucked from a thoroughly shuffled deck. It’s then casually lost in the mix and, surprise surprise, the deck gets jumbled again.
Next, it all goes back into the card box. Yet, somehow, the magician confidently names the chosen card aloud. And just when the spectator’s curiosity peaks, they notice a cheeky little hole where the index corner of the card case should be—perfect for a sneaky peek!
But wait, there’s more! If you happen to know how to slide the selected card to the bottom (hint: it’s not rocket science), the magician offers to let the spectator in on the trick. Another card is selected and lost in the deck once more.
Our magician then goes for a mini-exposé on how to get the chosen card to the bottom or face of the deck. After another round of box shenanigans, voilà—the chosen card is named again, because, why not?
And here’s the kicker: if anyone dares to question the integrity of the box, all it takes is a swift vanish of the 'hole'. The spectator, now in on the joke, grabs the card case only to be met with the baffling sight of the hole having mysteriously disappeared!
