In Sumi Kitsune, we’re giving a cheeky nod to the traditional Wabori style while turning it into a deck of playing cards that’s as eye-catching as it is charming (and yes, we’re a bit proud of it). This time, we’ve got our eyes on the fox spirit, a classic character from Japanese folklore that’s as sly as a cat burglar in the night. We raided an array of folktales and myths to pluck a few gems for the characters gracing the court cards, because who doesn’t love a good story?
