Is there any warranty?
- Synaptic's warranty covers normal-use wear and tear for 1 year. The buttons are tested to handle 100,000 vertical presses. Damages caused by mishandling (like sitting on your device or dropping it) aren’t covered, so be sensible.

I am left-handed. Can I use Synaptic easily?
- Absolutely! Synaptic has been designed with both left and right-handers in mind. Easy peasy!

How do I know the battery level?
- When you turn on your Synaptic, it’ll tell you the battery level immediately with vibrations (1 = all good, 2 = below 50%, 3 = charge it!).

What are the USB cable options for?
- The USB cables are for both charging and updating your Synaptic when new features and routines come out. These are DATA cables that are guaranteed to work well with Synaptic.

How do I get the new features and routines on my Synaptic?
- We provide a link to the updater web page that allows you to update your Synaptic in just a few clicks. Just make sure to use Google Chrome (seriously, it’s not a suggestion).

Does any effect depend on language?
