The Deliverance (RED) is a clever little gimmick that lets you pluck a signed card from a completely sealed box, adhering to the strictest of conditions (because we all know how picky audiences can be!).
Picture this:
A deck of cards is pulled from its box.
You can fan or spread the cards to show they’re all different (because who wants a deck full of twins?). A spectator picks a card as you deal them onto the table or into their hands.
That chosen card is signed and popped back into the spread, sticking out like a sore thumb, ensuring no sneaky business goes down. It’s clearly visible as it’s slowly and openly placed back into the box.
The box is stuck with a plastic wrapper, sealed tighter than your nan’s secret jam recipe. The only access point? The top flap. This flap gets closed and a sticker is slapped over it, locking the card and deck inside. Your hands? Completely empty (cue the dramatic gasp!).
The sticker is signed, and the box is left out for all to see—never leaving the spectators' sight—and yet you still manage to produce the card from some impossible location of your choice (seriously, it’ll have them scratching their heads).
Want to kick it up a notch? You can even pop the sealed box inside a paper bag wrapped in Gaffa tape! And yes, you can still make that card appear whenever you fancy (because why not add a bit of flair?).
