Basic Effect: Picture this: you hand out a sealed envelope and ask the audience to conjure up a random image. Then, a deck of tarot cards, all banded and bagged, is tossed to a spectator in the crowd. They peek at one card and remember it. Rinse and repeat for three random audience members. And voilà, you reveal each person's thought-of card as they confirm by sitting down. To top it off, you unveil that you predicted everything all along — written in that sealed envelope you handed out at the beginning. As a cherry on top, it turns out the whole audience has been linked by thinking of the same shape revealed in your prediction! Mind blown.

Routine: The fun kicks off when the magician hands out a sealed envelope — promising to get back to it later — and asks everyone to clear their minds for a moment of zen (or something like it) while thinking of a random image. A deck of tarot cards is introduced with a quick history lesson, leading to the magician needing three audience members to “choose a card.” But, oh no, this isn’t your typical card trick — they won’t be picked by the magician. Instead, the audience chooses each other, and the cards? Well, they choose you. With a rubber band wrapped around the tarot cards, they’re placed in a small white cotton bag, and with the magician’s back turned, tossed into the audience.
The first lucky spectator who catches the bag stands up, peeks at one tarot card, puts it back, and tosses it to the next lucky soul. This repeats until three spectators are standing, each thinking of a card, while the rest of the audience is collectively picturing the same shape. One by one, the magician reveals the three thought-of tarot cards, each confirmation ramping up the crowd's excitement. And just when you think it couldn’t get any better, the magician reveals that it was all foresighted in the prediction inside that sealed envelope — which, remember, was handed out earlier! The geometric shape isn’t just connecting all three revelations; it’s the same shape everyone in the audience is thinking of, leading to an explosive climax.
