From the age-old adage "Once a head" (not quite sure what that means, but it sounds wise) and a nod to the legendary Alan Warner.
Out comes a delightful wooden box containing two identical sets of five ESP SYMBOLS. You hand one set to a spectator while you keep the other. You then casually place one of your wooden symbols face-down in a compartment, and your spectator gets to whimsically pick a symbol from their set and plonks it face-up in the other compartment. This dance continues until both sets of symbols are back in the box, like a well-rehearsed two-step.
Next, you tip out the symbols into two neat piles. You grab the top one from each pile, placing them side by side on the table (it’s like a magic showdown!). You keep going with each pair until all are laid out, looking rather dapper.
Then, the magic moment arrives: you turn over one of the face-down symbols to reveal what's on the reverse side. And lo and behold, they all match!
ALL FIVE SYMBOLS ARE A MATCH! (Who’d have thought?)
NOTE: You pop your symbol in the box before the spectator even makes their choice (just so they know you’re not up to any funny business).
