Visualise by Liam Montier – This isn’t just any Triumph routine; it’s a self-working miracle that’ll have your audience scratching their heads in disbelief. Imagine this: their thought-of card is the only face-up card in a mixed-up deck. No sleight of hand, no dodgy indexing, no forcing! It even comes with a special deck on Bicycle Stock.
Liam Montier has taken a classic concept and given it a thorough makeover, crafting a routine that’s so clean and effortless, it genuinely feels like real magic.
Visualise is Triumph on steroids, folks! You genuinely shuffle the deck face-up into face-down, while a spectator thinks of a card. You name their selection without a single question... and then, hey presto, the deck straightens itself out, leaving just their freely named card face-up! No forces, no sleight of hand, no nonsense – it’s the slickest Triumph you’ll ever witness!
Here’s what Liam has to say about 'Visualise':
"A couple of years ago, I set myself the challenge of crafting the ultimate version of Triumph. This plot has so many variations, yet nothing quite clicked for me.
So, inspired by the late, great Tommy Wonder, I envisioned how the ideal trick would unfold. The result? A deck that’s honestly mixed face up and face down – no silly cutting displays or flimflam. A card is thought of, and with no fishing or tricky questions, I name it. Then the deck is all face down, except for one card... the freely named card.
It took ages – I chopped and changed bits, ditched difficult moves and awkward displays, experimented with forces, unconventional techniques, and even deck switches.
But as always, simplicity wins the day. I stripped it all back, fusing two classic ideas in a fresh way to create a sleight-free, moveless marvel. This is the result."
How easy is it to do?
As easy as pie! Completely self-working, no secret moves, and the handling looks just right. If you can shuffle a deck, you can nail this!
Is it the Same Card Each Time?
Not a chance! The spectator has total freedom in choosing their card, can change their mind, and then you reveal it, all whilst the deck sorts itself. Anyone trying to sneak a peek at a second performance will see the same trick unfold, with a completely different card, of course!
What comes in the package?
You’ll receive the deck and full streaming instructions that walk you through the entire routine, plus an incredible bonus routine based on a hidden gem from Roy Walton! (What’s the bonus? – Rules of the Game – Liam will also guide you through a vintage Roy Walton classic, but updated for the Visualise deck. This new approach simplifies the handling, making it a breeze! This faux gambling game plays beautifully one-on-one but also shines as a party piece with a crowd. It’s a proper showstopper for any setting.)
