The PITATA Watch.The Design JourneyNow, let’s be real. Plenty of magic makers have tried their hand at prediction watches. Some of them are decent, but we thought, “Why not aim higher?”
Take Example #1: other watches make their hands spin clockwise to get to the time. Even the fastest ones could take 30 seconds (30 seconds? Who has that kind of time?!).
Then there’s Example #2: the crowns on other magic watches are about as useful as a chocolate teapot, not even letting you adjust the time in some cases.
To create the Perfect Prediction Watch we envisioned, we decided to take a detour from the usual path (because why not?).
It was a wild ride, full of challenges as we tried to pack all our brilliant ideas into one watch. We literally started from scratch, redesigning everything from the chip to the layout. The crown shape? Custom. The gears? Also custom. Some bits even had to be invented on the fly because they didn’t exist before (thanks, team!).
You’ll witness how time and tech have combined to create something magical. We poured our hearts into this project, and there were moments we thought we might be barking up the wrong tree. But here we are, folks—victorious!
The entire team nearly collapsed under the pressure after countless mishaps. Honestly, this has been our toughest project, but also the one that’s given us the biggest smiles and breakthroughs.
Five Historical Breakthroughs1. Speedy Time Setting.We’re talking about a maximum of 2 seconds to hit the desired time. Thanks to our clever asynchronous hand travel mechanism, the hour and minute hands can take the quickest route possible (no more waiting around!).
2. Instant Connection.This watch is always on. Bluetooth? Always active. So when you fire up the app or flick on the remote, it’s ready to roll in a flash.
3. Peek-a-boo Time!The crown can be pulled out for a cheeky time adjustment by a spectator. Push it back in, and voilà! The updated time zips over to the PITATA App. Our custom crown and chip open up a world of magic possibilities.
4. IoT Integration.Welcome to the PITATA IoT world! Any time scribbled on our synchronized devices (like the PITATA Smart WhiteBoard) is recognised by the PITATA App, which then gets the watch hands moving to match.
5. Dual-Mode Remote Control.With a powerful Bluetooth chip, pair the same remote as the PITATA Time Hacker for the basics. Or enjoy the fancy side of things with the PITATA App. Both can work their magic at the same time!

After a few design tweaks, we settled on sapphire for the crystal. The multifunctional dial is nestled within a stainless-steel bezel and case, resulting in a simple, classy watch that’s just right for the dapper gent.
It comes with an embossed crocodile-pattern genuine leather strap that’s easy to swap out for a different look whenever you fancy.
