Now, let’s clear something up: packet tricks aren’t some new-fangled fad that magicians just discovered last Tuesday. Sure, they exploded in popularity during the swinging 60s and 70s (thanks, Jon Racherbaumer, for coining "packeteer" – we owe you one). But these nifty little tricks have been around since the late 1800s! So, next time someone looks down their nose at packet tricks, just remind them that, when done right, they can absolutely floor an audience, sometimes more than a full deck can! (Seriously, don’t underestimate the power of a few cards!) With this DVD in your hand, you’ll soon be wowing crowds as a bona fide "packeteer!"

In Volume 2, you'll hang out with some dazzling magicians who know how to work their magic with just a handful of cards. Daryl kicks things off with a classic from Sam Schwartz, where four blue-backed Kings flip face up one by one, only to reveal their cheeky red backs! And for the grand finale? Those Kings sport mirrored backs! Michael Ammar then takes the stage with a game involving four cards, where you have to guess which one’s face up behind the performer's back. Spoiler alert: they all magically turn face up, and when they’re flipped over, they reveal big, bold letters! Paul Wilson crafts an amusingly risqué tale using four Jacks and two Queens, while John Mendoza works his magic with three blank cards transforming into three selected cards. Michael Ammar is back at it, turning four blanks into a four-of-a-kind, one at a time, and Larry Jennings pulls off the impossible as the Aces magically flip face up. Finally, Darwin Ortiz wraps up this volume with a whirlwind of magic that starts with the Two of Hearts endlessly rising to the top of a four-card packet. Just when they think they’re looking at four identical cards, they’re hit with the surprise that they’re all Ten of Spades! For a show-stopping finale, those cards are revealed to be the four Kings! Now that's how you leave them speechless!
