Sadly, as he was busy battling the Grim Reaper at Grace Hospital, his wife Bess sent a telegram to Eddy and Lovecraft, effectively saying, “Stop the presses on The Cancer of Superstition.”
Fast forward nearly a century later, and guess what? The COMPLETE manuscript, tucked away in the archives of C.M. Eddy’s grandson, has resurfaced! Thanks to a cheeky arrangement with Alchemy Productions, 1878 Press Co. is over the moon to announce the release of Houdini's Cancer of Superstition on March 24, 2025!
